MarketPing is built on the principle of data minimalism. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We collect only the absolute minimum data required to deliver real-time market alerts to your preferred devices.

2. Information We Collect

We collect and process the following data to provide our service:

• Essential Identifiers: Your email address for account authentication and transactional updates.
• Delivery IDs: Your Telegram ID if you choose to receive alerts via the MarketPing Telegram bot.
• Anonymized Analytics: We use Umami Analytics to track website traffic. Umami is a privacy-focused, cookieless tool that does not collect personally identifiable information (PII) or track users across different websites.

3. How We Use Information

Your data is used strictly for:

• Managing your subscription and authenticating your login.
• Delivering real-time market notifications via Resend (email) and Telegram (API).
• Monitoring system health and improving alert delivery speeds.

5. Data Retention and Security

We retain your email and Telegram ID only as long as your account remains active. Upon account deletion, your personal identifiers are purged from our production databases within 30 days, except where required by law for financial record-keeping (e.g., tax compliance for our New Mexico LLC).
